Kolkata, August 28, 2026 : Bengali actor Kharaj Mukherjee and his wife have finally returned to Kolkata after being stranded in Nepal during a visit connected to a film project.
The actor had travelled to the neighbouring country for work when the situation there disrupted their original travel plans. As a result, Kharaj Mukherjee and his wife were unable to return to Kolkata as scheduled and had to remain in Nepal for some time.
The unexpected delay left the couple facing uncertainty as they looked for a way to make their journey back home. After dealing with the difficulties surrounding their travel, they eventually managed to leave Nepal and reached Kolkata on Friday, August 28.
Following his return, Kharaj Mukherjee spoke about the experience of being stuck in Nepal. The actor also shared details about the difficulties he and his wife encountered while trying to return home and spoke about the challenges surrounding their travel arrangements.
